Kilkis Trail

The Kilkis Trail race is organized by the Kilkis Health Runners Club and offers a variety of routes, including the main 20-kilometer trail, a 4.8 km health walk, a 4x4 relay race, and a 1 km children's race. The Kilkis Trail course runs on trails and dirt roads around the city of Kilkis, with gentle slopes and technical sections, covering an elevation gain of approximately 850 meters. The start and finish are at the Kilkis Summer Cinema, providing a beautiful and challenging experience for runners. The race takes place on Sunday, June 7, 2026, and is open to runners of all levels.

The Kilkis Trail route is marked with signs, ribbons, and indicators. The completion time for Kilkis Trail is set at 13:00, 3.5 hours after the start. Bib pickup is on Saturday, 17/6 at the Town Hall square and on Sunday, 18/6 at the starting point from 7:30 a.m. until 15 minutes before the race. There are coffee and food shops near the start/finish area. Registration includes detailed information about the routes and schedule, emphasizing community and health.
