49ος Αγώνας Δρόμου Υγείας Αθήνας 21 χλμ.

The 49th Athens Health Run 21 km is organized by the Athens Health Runners Club and takes place at the Olympic Rowing Venue Schinias. Since 1978, the race promotes popular mass sports and running, welcoming runners of all ages and fitness levels. The route is paved, completely flat, and surrounds the water sports area, offering a pleasant and fast experience. The event also includes 10 km and 5 km races, with technical support from MyRace.

Participants receive a bib number with chip timing and safety pins. Medical coverage is provided, and there is an option to print a commemorative diploma with name and performance. Participation packs are collected on race day from 07:30 to 09:00. The race has a completion time limit of 3 hours. The top three men and women overall and winners of age categories are awarded. Supporters offer energy gels, natural mineral water, and bananas at the finish line. The route is 21.1 km, with a participation limit of 600, online registration, a pack with chip and medal, hydration stations, live results, and medical coverage.
