Race description
The 27th Dafni Forest Race is a traditional 10-kilometer running event held in Dafni Forest. The route starts from Athinon Avenue and passes near historic sites such as the ancient sanctuary of Dafni Apollo and Afea Aphrodite, offering a course away from the city's noise with beautiful views of the Thriasio Gulf. The race is dedicated to the memory of Babis Georgatsonas and is characterized by traditional hospitality and the liveliness of participants. There is electronic timing and a storage area for athletes' belongings. Participants are advised to arrive at least one hour before the start to collect their numbers.
